Your story.
Your information.

Before you share.

This website is operated by Flux Labs Agency as a booking pilot. The Tatted Mermaid has not approved it or connected its artist calendar. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

When you submit, we store your name, email, optional phone, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, preferred timing, and your acknowledgments on the Flux VPS. Authorized operators use these details to review and schedule requests. No automatic email, text, marketing enrollment, or payment is triggered.

Your private request link grants access to your request and cancellation. Keep it private. Operators can view contact details; other visitors cannot browse requests.

Do not submit medical details, photos of identification, payment information, or sensitive personal history. Tattoo health screening, consent forms, age verification, deposit terms, and aftercare must be handled through the studio’s approved process.

Access cookies are used only for the private operator desk. No advertising analytics are installed. Requests are kept during this pilot until an authorized operator processes a privacy request; a formal studio retention policy has not been adopted.

For access, correction, or removal questions, use the contact options on Flux Labs Agency’s website. Do not send sensitive information in a privacy inquiry.
